OutVoice’s New Freelancer Dashboard Offers Improved Payment Requests, UX
Today, OutVoice is excited to announce to our community that we have launched an update to our freelancer dashboard. The new dashboard offers independent contractors the improved ability to oversee payment tracking and contract management in an enhanced, highly-detailed and intuitive interface.
This update offers freelancers the ability to access up-to-date information when it comes to payments, as well as the ability to update tax documents at any time. We believe in radical transparency when it comes to freelancer payments. That’s why our latest freelancer dashboard update includes brand-new features to accompany OutVoice’s core payment and management functionalities our freelancers love.
A sleek, simple snapshot
When freelancers log on to my.outvoice.com, they’ll be greeted with a sleek, simple snapshot of pending payment requests, recent transactions and any outstanding items that need to be completed. The dashboard is also the convenient home for freelancers to track the progress of their payments — whether payment is pending, approved, or paid.
Requesting payment just got easier
Need to send a payment request but would also like to include an accompanying file? Freelancers can now request payment for services and also upload any file type — whether a receipt, Excel sheet, or PDF. Payment requests can also include line items of varying amounts for multiple projects or assignments.
This update also introduces freelancer payment request drafts. Freelancers may now save partial requests as drafts, add to them, then submit when ready.
After you’ve been invited to join OutVoice, you’ll be sent a registration link. Through the link, you can create an account, link a bank account, fill out tax information, and sign your company’s required contracts. OutVoice will also automatically verify a freelancer’s information via Google address check. Managers can then easily confirm when W9s and contracts are completed.
