The OutVoice Platform provides an automated and efficient process for both businesses and freelance independent contractors to communicate and transact with each other and to control and manage their solicitations, offers, purchases, sales, and payments for content. OutVoice is an online platform for professionals. Businesses and individuals register with one of OutVoice’s brand names and use OutVoice’s Services for business purposes, transactions, and opportunities.
The OutVoice Platform and Services are accessible at my.outvoice.com, dashboard.outvoice.com, oppsfinder.com, and members.studyhall.xyz and may be Used only by Registered Users upon acceptance of Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to OutVoice’s Registered Users, non-registered visitors to our Sites outvoice.com and studyhall.xyz, and newsletter subscribers. It also allows registered and non-registered users to post opportunities for freelancers, advertisements, press releases, and publicity materials, to be included in a variety of OutVoice communications and platforms. As an integral part of this exchange of information, OutVoice receives data from its Registered Users, primarily for the purpose of providing the OutVoice Services to its Users. OutVoice uses such information and data to improve and further develop its Services for users.
OutVoice does not sell the information and data it collects from or regarding its Registered Users to third parties.

This information is collected when You create an Account and become a Registered User, when You update Your Account and user profile information, when You use the Services and interact with other Registered Users, when You enter into independent contractor agreements with other Users, and when You enter into transactions with other Registered Users. Information is also collected when You respond to requests by OutVoice or when collection is required by OutVoice for legal compliance reasons.
Use Of Information And Data Collected From Users
Information provided by or collected from Registered Users will be used primarily to provide the Services to Registered Users. The information will be used to contact and communicate with Registered Users, match them with other users, to maintain and manage User accounts, to facilitate management, operation, functionality, and performance of the OutVoice Platform, and to facilitate delivery and execution of the Services to Registered Users.
Information and data provided by or collected from Users may also be used to detect and prevent fraud, to monitor and identify misuse or improper use of the Platform or Services, to enable and ensure OutVoice’s compliance with its legal obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce legal agreements and policies.
OutVoice may also use information and data provided by Users for the purpose of improving the operation of the Platform and Services and further developing the services OutVoice offers through the Platform.
Information For Processing Of Payments
The OutVoice Platform facilitates the payment by businesses, such as publishers and their editors, to freelance independent contractors as an essential part of the Services. OutVoice primarily uses the third-party payment services of Stripe, Inc., Wise, and PayPal as its third party payment service providers for the processing of such payments and transactions.
In some cases OutVoice may not directly collect or store such payment information, instead directly providing it to the third-party payment services provider whose use of such information is also governed by their privacy policies. Payment providers maintain their own processes and undertake their own efforts to protect the privacy and security of personal and financial information provided to them to process payments and transactions.
