OutVoice has a sliding scale price so it can be affordable for any publication, small or large. We have plans that are only $29 a month for the smallest pubs, and enterprise plans that top out at 5% for a suite of extensive services and features.

Yes! OutVoice allows you to pay your freelancers by piece, by week, or by month. You can pay them inside of your CMS or on our central platform. The flexibility of our system is based on our experience as editors and publishers.

We're the only freelance management system built by publishers. And we use this technology ourselves. No other payment platform has our publishing-specific features (sorry Gusto, Worksuite and Deel!). For example, our WordPress invoice plugin allows you to pay freelance writers with the same click of a button that publishes the work.

We also do not charge per freelancer or per editor. Unlimited seats on all plans.

After signing up for OutVoice, you'll receive an invitation email with a one-time link. There you'll be asked to input your business's following information: monthly estimated freelance budget, how many freelancers you have, and how you'd like to start auto-filling your account (either bi-monthly or monthly). After, you'll be able to start inviting managers and contributors, tinker with account settings, and update user permissions.
